AutoDrive Systems Group LLC operates autodrivesystems.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What Data We Collect
When you submit a Discovery Engagement request through our contact form, we collect: your first name, last name, firm name, email address, firm type, firm size, a description of your current tools, and a description of your manual workflow pain points. We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or any sensitive personal data.
How We Use Your Data
We use submitted information solely to evaluate whether your firm is a fit for a Discovery Engagement and to schedule that engagement if appropriate. We do not use your information for advertising, remarketing, or any purpose unrelated to your inquiry.
Data Retention
We retain submitted inquiry data for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission. After that period, data is deleted.
Cookies and Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data including pages visited and time on site. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
We use a cookie consent banner to obtain your permission before enabling analytics. If you decline analytics cookies, GA4 will not fire and no analytics data will be collected about your visit.
We also use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on our contact form to prevent spam. reCAPTCHA may set functional cookies necessary for its operation.

We use Formspree to process contact form submissions. Form data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and stored by Formspree according to their privacy policy.

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
