The Discovery Engagement is the entry point for every client relationship without exception. We do not take on Build Engagements without it because systems built without a proper audit of your current state will have gaps. Gaps become failures.

During Discovery we map every tool in your stack, every manual data-movement step your team performs, and every workflow that breaks when a key person is absent. We document it, we identify the failure points, and we produce an Operational Gap Report — a written blueprint of exactly what we would build for your firm and why.

The Discovery Engagement costs $1,500. It is not a free consultation. It is the work that makes everything else reliable.

If you move forward within 30 days, the $1,500 Discovery fee is credited toward your Build Engagement.

If the Operational Gap Report shows a clear path to an operational backbone, we scope and price the Build Engagement. The price is fixed, the scope is defined in the report, and edge cases are requirements — not future tickets.

We build on Zapier and Make, connected to whatever tools your firm already uses: Notion, Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, your CRM, your billing platform. We do not require you to change your tool stack. We build the infrastructure around the tools you already have.

Every automation is built with a full audit trail. Every state change is logged. Every edge case handled. When we deliver, we deliver documentation so your team knows what runs, what triggers it, and what to look for if something changes.

Monthly monitoring catches failures before your team does. Quarterly reviews identify new manual steps that have crept back in. The Operational Retainer starts at $2,000 per month with three tiers — Starter, Growth, and Partner — scaling to $4,500 per month based on how many new builds per month are included.
