About AutoDrive Systems Group
Built by someone who has spent 18 years watching what breaks — and building the systems that fix it.
Mario Munoz founded AutoDrive Systems Group on a conviction formed over nearly two decades inside one of the nation's top five financial institutions: the gap between what automation technology can do and what most organizations are actually using it for is enormous — and professional service firms are paying for that gap every day in manual labor, reconciliation errors, and operational fragility.
Mario's career has run through every layer of operational infrastructure. He began as a Relationship Manager working with major companies nationwide on credit card processing compliance — keeping organizations current on Visa and Mastercard rules and regulations as they changed. He moved into analytics and database management, where he built trending systems that allowed compliance alerts to be surfaced, reviewed, and resolved by compliance managers in real time. That work was not theoretical. It directly addressed regulatory requirements and policy violations at scale.
For the past eight years, Mario has operated at the Executive Director level, leading senior developer teams building compliance reporting and conduct management systems. He has built infrastructure that has to be right — not approximately right, not right until someone calls in sick, but defensibly, auditably right. Financial regulators do not accept manual workarounds as an explanation.
The founding insight behind AutoDrive came from watching how organizations were approaching AI and workflow automation. The tools exist to operate at a significantly higher level than most firms are deploying them. The gap is not a technology problem. It is an implementation problem — and it is solvable.
AutoDrive Systems Group exists to close that gap for professional service firms. Not with off-the-shelf integrations that require a person to catch the errors. With operational infrastructure that runs the way enterprise systems run — autonomously, with a full audit trail, and with every edge case resolved before delivery.
How we think about systems.
These are not preferences. They are hard constraints that govern every system AutoDrive builds.
If a human needs to intervene for the system to work correctly, the system is not finished.
Every automation produces a defensible log. If it cannot survive an audit, it does not ship.
We do not defer unusual inputs to version 2. We resolve them before delivery.
Every engagement leaves the client with something scalable — not something that works today and needs rebuilding in six months.
If the cost-per-execution increases as volume grows, the architecture is wrong.
